1. Working principle
1. Material conveying system
The granular materials are delivered to the palletizing area through conveyor belts, bucket elevators, etc. to ensure continuous feeding.
2. Grabbing and positioning
The robotic arm or gripper device cooperates with the visual recognition system to accurately grab bagged or bulk granular materials and adjust the position through sensors.
3. Palletizing execution
The materials are stacked into a specific stack shape (such as column shape, stacked type) according to the preset program. The common height can reach more than 2.5 meters, and multi-layer stacking is supported.
4. Control system
PLC or touch screen control, real-time adjustment of palletizing speed, height and mode, support fast parameter adjustment to adapt to materials of different specifications.

The palletizing speed is 8-14 pieces/minute, which is significantly higher than manual efficiency.
