Pallet magazine

PALLET MAGAZINE is an automated device or system for efficient management, distribution and recycling of pallets, mainly used in logistics, production lines and warehousing scenarios. It responds to pallet demands quickly through automated or semi-automated methods, reduces manual intervention, and improves pallet turnover efficiency and space utilization.

Typical composition

Storage module: vertical or horizontal shelves/silos for storing pallets, with a capacity of hundreds of pallets.

Drive mechanism: motor/cylinder drives push plates, chains or lifting platforms to move pallets.

Technical parameters: distribution speed can reach 10-30 pallets/hour.

Control unit: PLC or industrial computer, receiving instructions and controlling actions (such as through Profinet communication protocol).

Perception system: photoelectric sensor, weight detection or visual camera to prevent chuck or empty warehouse alarm
