II. Working principle
1. Material transportation: The granular material is fed into the weighing hopper through the elevator or spiral feeding mechanism.

II. Working principle
1. Material transportation and positioning
The packaged materials are transported to the palletizing area through the conveyor belt, and the sensor triggers the robot action after detecting the position.
2. Grasping and handling
The robotic arm is accurately positioned above the material through multi-axis linkage (such as Z-axis lifting and X/Y-axis movement). The servo motor controls the gripper to grab the material and lift it to a safe height.
3. Palletizing
According to the preset procedure, the material is moved to the designated position of the pallet. After the clamp releases the material, the action is repeated until the whole pallet is stacked. After completion, the pallet is transported away by a forklift.
